Cut up strawberries. Try to make banana and strawberry slices about even in size. Place the slices in a glass bowl and freeze overnight. Place the frozen banana and strawberry slices into a food processor and mix until smooth. Add the vanilla. This process will take a little while, you’ll have to scrape down the side of your food processor a few times with a spatula. The bananas and strawberries will first become very crumbly, but you’ll eventually end up with a very soft + creamy mixture. At this point, place back in the glass bowl and in the freezer for just about an hour. You can, of course, always enjoy it right away, if you like very soft ice cream. ☺ Add garnishes if you like, and enjoy!TipCoconut flakes are a delicious topping!print TAGS: Banana, Ice Cream, Kid-friendly, Quick + Easy, StrawberriesShare this:Related Recipes Lefse Chocolate Avocado Strawberry Mousse Vegan Blueberry Muffins Creamy Vegan Banana Rice Pudding Persimmon Pudding Classic Pumpkin Cookies Fruit Banana Split Almond + Apple Butter Rings
