Though this tastes like one of those iconic vanilla & orange popsicles, this creamsicle breakfast frappe is a balanced breakfast with carbohydrates, protein and – thanks to the addition of coconut water — essential electrolytes. Coconut water serves up more than 10% of your daily dose of potassium — an electrolyte you lose through sweat — in every cup, making it an amazing post-workout drink
Ingredients
- 1 cup organic raw coconut water (we like Harmless Harvest)
- 1 cup organic lowfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup Fresh squeezed orange juice
- 2 cups ice
