Mann served as Business Development Executive at Omniplex, a leading UK-based e-learning software firm where he drove their expansion into North American markets and achieved profitability in this expanding territory.  After seeing a gap in the market for sober people to connect digitally, Mann created Sober Grid, a digital support system for people in recovery or looking for a sober atmosphere.
