Apricot Smoothie

Apricots + yogurt = delicious smoothie! You can also leave out the ice cubes and serve like a mousse in a parfait glass – super tasty any way you have it

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ – 3 cups Fresh organic apricot halves (1 pound fresh apricots = 2-1/2 to 3 cups sliced or halved)
  • 1 cup organic low-fat organic plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or to taste)
  • 6 – 8 ice cubes

*Choose organic whenever possible

Preparation
