Though this tastes like one of those iconic vanilla & orange popsicles, this creamsicle breakfast frappe is a balanced breakfast with carbohydrates, protein and – thanks to the addition of coconut water — essential electrolytes. Coconut water serves up more than 10% of your daily dose of potassium — an electrolyte you lose through sweat — in every cup, making it an amazing post-workout drink

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic raw coconut water (we like Harmless Harvest)
  • 1 cup organic lowfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup Fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 2 cups ice

Preparation
