Ingredients
For Sauce
- ½ cup fresh organic strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup fresh organic blueberries
- ¼ cup raw honey
- ½ cup water
For Sundae
- 2 bananas, peeled + sliced lengthwise
- ¼ cup nuts of your choice, roasted and chopped
- 2 cups of organic blueberries, strawberries + mango, both thinly sliced
- Organic vanilla yogurt

Preparation
Sauce
- Combine the honey + water in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in blueberries + strawberries. Stir till well mixed.
- Bring to boil – then lower hear, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the sauce into a food processor, pulse until smooth.
Sundae
- Slice bananas and arrange on plate. Top with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and mango.
- Add dollop of yogurt.
- Drizzle the sauce over the banana, sprinkle roasted nuts, and ENJOY!
Tip
Add almonds or nut of choice for added protein and brain-healthy omega 3's.
