Preparation
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle cucumber slices, basil leaves, and lime wedges. Add gin, St. Germain liqueur, and watermelon juice to the shaker.
- Add a handful of ice. Shake to integrate. Pour into a tall glass, and finish with a splash of club soda.
- Garnish with a sprig of basil. Slap the basil between your hands to release the oils and intensify the aromatics. Enjoy!
Tip
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
